I'm a huge fan of science fiction, fantasy and horror stories, so that tends to be pretty much what I write. Below are what I feel are decent enough for the discerning public to read, and don't have (hopefully) too many typos. They are arranged within each category with the oldest stuff at the bottom, and the newest stuff at the top.

short stories

Best Girl
There was a monster in the woods, but no one would ever believe. A postmodernist tale of growing up. Just under 900 words
Pollen
In the sunbaked hills of nowhere-in-particular, an afternoon at the local bar goes wildly out of control. 3977 words
Sometimes Cats Do Bad Things
There's something wild and feral about cats, and no matter how docile they may seem, their hearts beat with a serial killer's pulse. 1780 words
Tastes Like Ice
A Werewolf story based on the assumption that wolves are social creatures, so why aren't werewolves? 2640 words

Longer stories

Breathing Blue
In a distant country, a military patrol is wiped out, leaving behind nothing but a wreckage of carnage and questions. A distant scout undertakes and investigation to find out "why," only to uncover a harrowing conspiracy that reaches far beyond political boundaries and the preconceptions of written history, and stretches far into the earliest depths of time.
Wishing Well
The dead things in life always have a way of finding Vince. The dead cats in the road, the pigeons that were poisoned at the park, any animal that has suffered a gruesome death: one and all, they all have a way of finding Vince. Then one day, a dead man comes to call, and Vince is forced to deal with a curse long thought dead and buried.
